Dear Pro-family American,

The radical Homosexual Lobby is taking over!

State by state, they are sweeping through our nation and making a mockery of the holy institution of marriage by forcing their perverted version of marriage on God-fearing Americans.

And do you know the Homosexual Lobby’s ultimate goal?

They want every pastor, priest and chaplain forced to go against their creed and unite two men in an unholy “matrimony.”

Already, the Disrespect for Marriage Act (H.R. 1116/S. 598), which repeals DOMA, is marching through Congress!

H.R. 1116 already has 127 co-sponsors in the House!

And S. 598 already has 29 co-sponsors in the Senate!

You and I must act now to stop the Disrespect for Marriage Act in its tracks.

Should you and I just let the liberals, the media elites, judges, political insiders and homosexual activists declare two men "husband and husband" and two women "wife and wife" ... or some other perversion of our language and law?

*** How can homosexual marriage be authorized and children be taught in school, church or at home that it is wrong or sinful or physically harmful?

No, that will not be permitted.  Schools, churches and parents will be brought under the government’s control on this.

*** How can businesses (even daycares) or rental properties not hire or rent to homosexuals if homosexual marriage is mandated by law?

No, that will not be permitted.  Businesses, rental property owners (even a room in your own home) will be forced to hire or rent to homosexuals, no matter what.  Lawsuits and legal charges will quickly bring to heal any who refuse.

*** How can a pastor or priest teach God’s Word on the sinfulness of homosexuality, if the state says a man-and-a-man or a woman-and-a-woman are "one."

No, that will not be permitted.  The "right" to exercise religion will be limited to protect the "rights" of homosexuals.  Fines, jail and the shuttering of churches will be the end for those who remain faithful.

And it all starts with the Disrespect for Marriage Act that will repeal the Defense of Marriage Act.

I hope you understand where we will end up if you and I and those who love marriage and morality do not band together and stand firm.

"WE THE PEOPLE", WILL NOT FORGET!

Nancy Schaefer’s 2007 report, The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services (download here), mentioned in the videos above, begins with the story below:

My introduction into child protective service cases was due to a grandmother in an adjoining state who called me with her tragic story. Her two granddaughters had been taken from her daughter who lived in my district. Her daughter was told wrongly that if she wanted to see her children again she should sign a paper and give up her children. Frightened and young, the daughter did. I have since discovered that parents are often threatened into cooperation of permanent separation of their children.

The children were taken to another county and placed in foster care. The foster parents were told wrongly that they could adopt the children. The grandmother then jumped through every hoop known to man in order to get her granddaughters. When the case finally came to court it was made evident by one of the foster parent’s children that the foster parents had, at any given time, 18 foster children and that the foster mother had an inappropriate relationship with the caseworker.

In the courtroom, the juvenile judge, acted as though she was shocked and said the two girls would be removed quickly. They were not removed. Finally, after much pressure being applied to the Department of Family and Children Services of Georgia (DFCS), the children were driven to South Georgia to meet their grandmother who gladly drove to meet them.

After being with their grandmother two or three days, the judge, quite out of the blue, wrote up a new order to send the girls to their father, who previously had no interest in the case and who lived on the West Coast. The father was in “adult entertainment”. His girlfriend worked as an “escort” and his brother, who also worked in the business, had a sexual charge brought against him.

Within a couple of days the father was knocking on the grandmother’s door and took the girls kicking and screaming to California.

The avenues via which Nancy Schaefer planned to expose what she had uncovered in countless stories like the one above included both a documentary film and a book, according to individuals — including a woman who said she spoke with Schaefer about her investigation less than 48 hours before her death — who spoke with me on condition of anonymity.
While I could find no evidence of any book having been published, I did find that William Fain, the documentary producer with whom she was working, had spoken publicly about the documentary effort.  Only a few days after the Schaefers’ bodies were found, Fain appeared in a three-part interview (below) with the controversial, take-no-prisoners host Alex Jones:  Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3.
Though I haven’t spoken with Fain about Schaefer’s death or the documentary, I would not be surprised if he wasn’t speaking out about the documentary any more.  Why?  Because Bill Bowen, a former federal law enforcement officer who was serving as the director of the documentary, died suddenly only five months after Nancy Schaefer.
Bowen died of an apparent heart attack on a golf course approximately five months after the Schaefers died, according to one blog post, though he rarely played the game because he wasn’t good at it.  Further, according to the same post, he died shortly after being warned by an elected federal government official that he should not pursue the CPS and government pedophile rings.  [Note: Though another blog narrowed the date of death to mid-August, I could find no definitive date of his death online.]

Only days before his death, Bowen had published an extensive note, shown above with misspellings and all (click to download pdf), on the Facebook page, We Demand An Extensive Investigation On The Death Of Senator Nancy Schaefer.  Among other things, he included a warning to all Americans which now, quite probably, stands as one of his final public statements:

Nancy Schaefer was poised to and had begun to expose the incredibly corrupt CPS system in our country and around the world and she too, in my opinion, was assassinated for that and you had better know all about that one too. Your freedom and sanity and that of your children depend on your finding out about that.

More than a year later, Bowen’s words stand as a clarion call for everyone to get involved in cleaning up a broken and corrupt system.
EDITOR’S NOTE:  The stories Nancy Schaefer and others have told are not unlike several stories that have been shared with me and will be featured in future posts in my aforementioned series.  In fact, my next Family Court Nightmares installment will highlight the story of another Missouri woman who’s fighting two court battles at the same time.  In one case, she’s fighting to save her young granddaughter for whom she has been the primary caregiver for years from being adopted out to complete strangers; and, in the other, she’s fighting to rescue her octogenarian mother from the nursing home where she’s being held against her will after a county public administrator removed her from her own home and from contact with her family, put her under heavy sedation while in a string of lock-down care facilities and then liquidated her assets worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

  I have sent several letters to offcials here in Canada because I have uncovered the same scheme and have been trying to expose it but when you are protected by hundreds of lawyers and politicians, any resistence to Child Protection no matter where you live is futile. They took my children, threw me in jail (CFS worker chrged me with uttering threats) and left my disabled wife to fend for herself!

  LAPD gave TWO different stories concerning Bill Bowen’s death, one put him at the golf course in Palm Springs which is a lie as I was talking to him on his cell phone while he was leaving California. The other, and which we now is partly true, stated that he died in a resort in Arizona as we know that he had bonds to pick up from a friend in Arizona. But he was also supposed to pick up a laptop and a new cell in Arizona, that part of the journey, he never made.

William M. Windsor has been working hard in preparation for the October 7, 2011 hearing in William M. Windsor v. Fulton County, et. al.

On September 23, I won approval for this lawsuit to decide the rights of Georgia citizens with Grand Juries. The Verified Complaint was filed on September 27, and Judge Baxter scheduled a hearing for October 7, 2011 at 2:30 pm in Courtroom 4D, Justice Center Tower, 185 Central Avenue SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.If you are in Georgia, please plan to attend....


Judge Jerry W. Baxter's staff has been very helpful in preparations for the hearing. Arrangements have been made for video and audio in the courtroom. I have applied for permission to have a video crew in the courtroom, and if it is granted, we plan to stream the hearing live on http:www.LawlessAmerica.com.

Several of the Defendants seem to be doing their best to avoid process.In addition to the Summons & Complaint, we are trying to get subpoenas served to compel witnesses to attend and bring evidence.

I filed sixteen affidavits with the Court today. One was to ensure that everything in the First Amended Verified Complaint was also clearly a sworn affidavit. One was to provide the history that preceded this civil action -- the corruption in the federal courts. The rest were to put into the record the sworn affidavits that I had provided to the Fulton County Grand Jury. I always put as much evidence into the record as early as possible since my experience in the federal courts is that they will do everything possible to block me from getting any evidence into the record.

It saddens me when I get notice of horrendously rude people who don't have a clue making posts demeaning what I am doing and slandering me up one side and down the other. Here's the latest.
I am seeking a Temporary Restraining Order, interlocutory, and permanent in conjunctive relief:

a. that Defendants be temporarily RESTRAINED and preliminarily and permanently enjoined from interfering in any manner with letters sent by Windsor to anyone;

b. that Defendants be temporarily RESTRAINED and preliminarily and permanently enjoined from claiming any authority over grand juries;

c. that Defendants be temporarily RESTRAINED and preliminarily and permanently enjoined from interference with a citizen’s attempts to present evidence to a Grand Jury in violation of O.C.G.A. § 16-10-93 and O.C.G.A. § 16-10-94;

d. that defendants be temporarily RESTRAINED and preliminarily and permanently enjoined from speaking to a grand jury other than under oath in an official session of the grand jury to present information regarding any witness or potential witness or regarding any matter that may come before the grand jury;

e. that defendants be temporarily RESTRAINED and preliminarily and permanently enjoined from speaking to a grand jury, other than under oath in an official session of the grand jury, with information regarding any witness, potential witness, or potential matter to be considered by the grand jury because to do so is jury tampering;

f. that Defendants be temporarily RESTRAINED and preliminarily and permanently enjoined from interfering with any citizen’s efforts to present criminal charges and evidence to a Grand Jury for consideration without interference from the Office of the District Attorney or from the Sheriff’s Department or other law enforcement personnel;

g. that the Fulton County Grand Jury is an independent body created by statute that is independent of the District Attorney’s Office or any other government body;

h. that the Defendants be hereby temporarily RESTRAINED and preliminarily and permanently enjoined from prohibiting any access to the Grand Jury by William M. Windsor or anyone working with him or on his behalf;

i. that the Defendants be hereby temporarily RESTRAINED and preliminarily and permanently enjoined from denying access to government buildings for lawful purposes by claiming such actions violated O.C.G.A. § 16-7-21;

Good afternoon folks!

I'm, Sean. I'm a member of the county grand jury on Marion County. I'm pleased to know there are more like me within shouting distance and further, I'm writing to let you know that there are enough of us to get this party started! It is imperative that we do this. A few of you already know me or are at least aware of me. I hope to know everyone on this list soon and be able to get us all together to begin hearing complaints and start to bring some of these criminals into the light and hopefully more.

Without the County/State Grand Jury and Constitutional Sheriffs, we have NO chance of saving our country! I realize some of us have families and jobs that are taking a toll on our lives. Thus, you still have lives, at this point anyway. The objective here is to make sure that this continues! This is why it is imperative that we get started hearing complaints and begin to hand down presentments and indictments.

For those who are unaware of how easy it actually is to get this going, as I'm learning, we already have more than enough people to get the state grand jury going. We are able to evaluate complaints all over the state and we should begin to do so immediately.

Those of you who are not countygrandjury.org members should register there and get on the list so that we may all have contact with one another to strengthen the connection we have yet to make.

Also, for those of you who wish to be removed from this list, reply to me at any time with your request to be removed. I only need people who are serious about our country and don't want to waste your time or mine if you are not interested in what you can do to help.

All emails will be sent to the folks on this list strictly for Florida business. This will also be the beginning forum for us to communicate until we are better organized and begin to get things rolling.

I can use any and all suggestions from everyone here to better our situation and speed up the process as I am learning as many of us might be.

Sheriff Richard Mack, nationally acclaimed author, speaker and former Sheriff of Graham County Arizona will be coming to Ocala on Monday, October 17th, 2011 to speak to citizens and law enforcement officers about how one person can make a difference. This man is truly a genius?

An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had
never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an entire
class. That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that
no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer.
The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class
on Obama's plan"..
All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade
so no one would fail and no one would receive an A....
After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B.
The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied
little were happy. As the second test rolled around, the students who
studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard
decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little.
The second test average was a D! No one was happy.
When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.
As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased as bickering, blame
and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study
for the benefit of anyone else.
All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor told them that
socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great,
the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all the
reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.

Couldn't get any simpler than that.
Remember, there is a test coming up in 2012, and that's the elections.
